  这一版翻译的勉强还行吧，存在一些错翻译和错数据，还是得对照着原书看，不过因为原书中也存在一些数据上和标号索引上的错误，所以就不对此中文翻译版苛责了。书的内容还是算有些营养的。

  很好的书，虽然有的地方感觉是为初学者准备的，但是确实很有功力！不同的技术积淀告诉你的说法是不一样的。

  这本书适合有点基础的人去看会有更好的收获，初学者可能需要多多花些时间的。

  这本数字化转型书籍目标读者是管理者，写得不错，理由有三个。一是从管理者视角切入数字化转型，能引起共鸣；二是以管理思维讲述数字化转型，能抓住核心；三是借故事案例引出主题，能打动人心。具体内容如下：

  第一、从管理者视角切入数字化转型

  作为一本写给管理者的数字化转型书籍，至少有两种写法，一种是聚焦数字化转型方法论本身，追求方法论本身的完整性和逻辑性，然后从概念开始，徐徐展开，娓娓道来，关注的重点是方法论而不是读者和听众。另外一种是聚焦管理者，研究管理者的需求，关注管理者的痛点，管理者想听什么讲什么，管理者头痛什么说什么，关注的是管理者的需求而不是方法论本身是否完整。

  上古之战三部曲的第二部，这一部分当中的内容更为丰富，不但描写了燃烧军团与乌鸦堡卫队的激烈战斗，同时也将两个重要人物的背叛始末交代了出来。第一个，是大地守护者黑龙耐萨里奥的背叛，他用同胞们的龙之精华打造了本可以驱逐燃烧军团，保卫艾泽拉斯的逆天神器，但他却为己私用，使之成为了“恶魔之魂”，朝着自己的同胞——龙族、燃烧军团以及精灵族发起了逆袭；第二个，便是有着琥珀色眸子的天才施法者伊利丹的背叛。他不忍看到心爱的女精灵祭司泰兰德拒绝自己而投入哥哥玛法里奥的怀抱，也对上级撤掉自己对月亮守卫部队管辖权感到十分不满，再加上邪恶的萨特（前上层精灵参事哈维斯）在其内心种下的邪恶的种子萌发，最终使伊利丹选择了背叛。本书结尾描述了他带着风帽，骑着夜刃豹独自一人走向艾萨琳并宣誓效忠艾萨拉和燃烧军团的场景，让人心生寒意。

  这一部的内容非常精彩，较第一部来说更具可看性，但是竟然是三部曲，重心必有侧重。马上准备欣赏第三部，《天崩地裂》。

• 翻译再差也强过第一本

  翻译质量相较三部曲之一明显上了一个档次，可以看出这次的翻译者应该还是有一定的奇幻和魔兽知识基础的。故事全面铺开，不乏高潮，情节跌宕，悬念丛生。能在原有上古之战的故事基础上继续发挥和细化，作者功力着实不可小视。

  主要人物悉数登场，个个都有精彩表现。
