  本书核心是提出，人生最重要的三根支柱：无条件的爱、价值感和成长型心态。

  

  1、无条件的爱，其实父母对孩子的爱本身就是无条件的爱。只是父母表达方式有问题，让我们认为这个爱是有条件的——“看看别人家某某某”“怎么会这么笨，是我的孩子吗？”“考这么差，还整天玩玩玩”“脸都丢尽了”……父母往往习惯用他们认为有用的语言来刺激我们。

  小时候不理解，很受伤，会郁闷地想“难道我成绩不好，爸妈就不爱我了吗？他们对我的爱果然是有条件的，他们只爱弟弟/妹妹/哥哥/姐姐吧”。

  现在我长大了可以明白，父母讲这些话还是希望我们更好，也没有哪个父母会因为孩子不够优秀而完全放弃他。

  所以我们要做的就是表达出这份爱，告诉孩子，爸爸妈妈会永远永远爱你，不论何种情况。可以对孩子说：“你犯错的时候，妈妈批评你的时候，你哭的时候，也是爱你的”

  2、价值感是我读完这本书后才注意到的事情。有些孩子很自觉，把自己的事安排得井井有条，什么时候改做什么事很清楚，而大部分孩子需要大人管。其中的差别我认为就是孩子内心的力量不同，前者愿意主动成长，自发地想成为一个优秀的人。后者没有这个意识，只是按照大人的要求去行动。

  从小培养孩子的价值感，让他发自内心想变优秀，同时也要认同孩子能够管理自己。就像我们大人能管理自己一样，当然我们自己并不能100%做到，同样也不要苛求孩子。我们是和孩子一起在成长。

  书中有几个方法调动孩子价值感

  （1) 给孩子读名人传记，相信榜样的力量

  (2) 孩子做得好的时候，表扬他，点出事情的意义

  （3) 让孩子参与到家庭劳动中，让他知道自己有能力有责任维护家庭的干净整洁，他是家庭的一份子

  3、成长型心态，允许失误和挫折。

  把证明”我是最聪明的人“，变成”我们一起从中学习点儿什么“。

  实操：

  （1）选择再孩子做对的时候表扬他，而不是做错的时候教育他。因为批评是无用的，会激起抵触。孩子做对的时候表扬并且表扬过程，比如孩子作业做得好，表扬他很专心，字都写的很工整。

  （2）犯错的时候，先安慰孩子（先解决情绪再解决问题），让孩子自己思考以后如何避免

  （3）保持好奇心

  二宝今年开学就升中班了，说实话我是焦虑的，总想着应该让孩子学些什么，然而面对市面上五花八门的课程却束手无策，不知道到底应该给孩子选什么课程，不知道让孩子学些什么是对他好。

  这本《入学早知道》适合所有幼儿园妈妈和孩子一起学习。它治愈了我的焦虑。作者钱志亮是北京师范大学教学名师，先后参与国家中长期教育规划起草、国务院妇女儿童工作委员会两纲评估督导、国家未成年人保护法修订等工作。

  书中指出幼儿园课程内容分健康、语言、社会、科学和艺术五大领域。而小学课程也是从幼儿园教育五大领域衍生而来的。所谓幼小衔接，并不是要让幼儿园的孩子提前学小学的知识，而是要掌握相应的能力。作者结合幼儿园目标及小学课程要求，提出了入学准备能力框架：

  一是身体发展方面的准备（运动协调）

  二是心理发展方面的准备（听知觉、语言沟通、知觉转换、视知觉、数学准备）

  三是社会适应方面的准备（社会适应、学习品质）

  从图中可以看出能力框架的三部分又包含8大学习力，这也是本书的八章学习内容。书中每一小节都很好的将理论和实际相结合，有理论、有问题表现、有测试也有训练的小游戏，家长和孩子一起边玩边学，在游戏中就掌握了相应的能力，轻松搞定幼升小。
