  尼尔盖曼属于想象力丰富，有很多奇思妙想，但落实到笔纸尤其还是中长篇故事的话就感觉还差一口气。这也是为啥我看“美国众神”一半最终选择放弃。“坟场之书”算一系列的短篇，有一个非常吸引人的开头，但越往后越让人觉得头重脚轻。我最喜欢亡者与生者午夜舞会的那篇，盖曼特色的忧伤童话。

  第五章开始，可以说是本书的精髓。关于企业文化和品牌的树立（想到了最近王老吉的商标案）。要做一个卓越的公司而不仅仅是好公司，必须有远见。第三章，正确地判定去哪张牌桌打牌才是取得输赢的关键点。回过头来想想，这本书还是值得一看，所以给了4星。特别是第3、4、5章，系统地讲述了美捷步的发展、商业模式和壮大过程。对客户，服务第一，对供应商，礼遇+为对方的利益着想，发展可持续的合作关系，对员工，关怀+价值观认同，对公司发展，为了长期利益牺牲短期利益，这些都是很值得学习的。他的价值观不仅适用于一个公司，对于个人来说也是适合的，正应了家华的那个理念，让个人和公司的价值观得到完美的契合及认同。

      我也有一片属于自己的坟场。

    记得前不久，一个寒风刺骨的深夜，我和一位好友并肩走在老川大的林荫路上，由于他从广州来成都定居不久，他说起对两座城市的不同感觉，说着说着，便自然转到旅行上，他说起对旅行的狂热，以及对用自己的双足亲自亲自踏上远方的土地，亲自一睹远方胜景的渴望，而我则直呼自己与他完全相反，我说起旅途的费时费力和劳累，并强调自己更渴望在电影，小说和音乐的眼中看整个世界。

    我总是不留余力的向别人宣称自己有恋家症，好像是什么值得炫耀的宝藏一般，每每听到别人谈起旅途归来的劳顿，心里便暗自庆幸自己在家里蹲着多么明智，而家里可口的饭菜，舒适的床铺，永远啃不尽的小说，电影与音乐，则像一座让我安睡的甜蜜的坟墓，深陷其中，乐不思外。再加上哥哥在高速公路上车祸的梦魇，老爸对我旅行的念头总是强堵硬塞，于是乎，在这样的里应外合下，我在即将迈过20岁大门之时，双脚还未踏出过四川省。

    于是乎，我生活了十几年的小镇成了我的坟场，就像诺蒂熟悉他的坟场一般，我是那么熟悉和依恋这个小镇的每一个角落，虽然，有时熟悉也就是厌倦。

    于是乎，我会和关系最好的死党赖在这座坟场，哪也不去，白天无休止的游荡，看书和玩电玩，近暮时看一部电影，直到看完后天色已暗，我们也早已饿的不行，再猛扑到一家熟悉的美味小店，边吃边聊，总感觉有说不尽的故事与笑话，就在这样柔情的夜晚中，直到意足饭饱之后，才拖着闲散的脚步，沿着凉爽的沿江路回到家中。

    我们那时还一边数落那些去外面闯荡，游历的人，一边美美筹划未来：在小镇找一个安稳的工作，一起买一间大房子住，一起开辟专门的游戏室，图书室甚至还有露天烤肉台，找一个美丽可人的女友囧，一起学做各种风味的美食……

    也许我的那个好友现在仍然抱着这样的想法，但可怕的是，世界上唯一不会改变的事便是改变：
