  爱孩子最好的方式，是父母的自我疗愈，说的没错。书里讲到一个例子，我的一个朋友说："老公在家的时候，婆婆会做很多好吃的，而老公不在家的时候，那就是另一番情景。"我问："你老公不在家的时候，你会做好吃的给自己吗？"她说："不会呀。如果老公不在家，我就热点儿剩菜对付一下。"若是我们家只要是爸爸外出吃席，我必会带娃吃点好吃的。这样各自玩得开心谁也不觉谁亏欠谁。感觉总被人忽视的人，本身就习惯忽视自己，不爱自己。再好的人也有弱点，你都不爱自己，不把自己当回事，人家怎么爱你？总因为这样感觉委屈的人，常常看不见自己对自己的忽视。所以就得好好学习如何才能更好的爱自己，只有自己先有爱了，才能更好爱孩子。
