'war on terror' have focused attention on issues that have

by legal scholars to conceptualize the theory of emergency powers,

theoretical, historical and comparative perspectives. The authors

examine the interface between law and violent crises through

history and across jurisdictions, bringing together insights

gleaned from the Roman republic and Jewish law through to the

initial responses to the July 2005 attacks in London. Three models

of emergency powers are used to offer a conceptualization of

emergency regimes, giving a coherent insight into law's interface

with and regulation of crisis and a distinctive means to evaluate

the legal options open to states for dealing with crises.

  荒漠、马、宝藏、土著人、枪，西部元素很地道。墨比斯初出茅庐之作就成了西部漫画巅峰，非常喜欢这种画风。不足在编剧沙利耶：蓝莓在整个跟踪过程中总是后知后觉，被反派牵着鼻子走，不时有主角光环附体；倒数第二页反派赢了，最后一页又输给了蓝莓，反转太急促，可能是为了连载不得不让蓝莓活到最后吧。后浪的纸张和装帧设计过得硬，想把这系列追完。

  非常详尽的旅行攻略了，衣食住行面面俱到，除了常规的川藏南线、川藏北线、滇藏线、新藏线，对于山南、丙察察、珠穆朗玛东线徒步、藏北大环线也是介绍的比较细致了，通过大量图片展示的美景，弥补了自己去不了的遗憾，尤其是阿里的扎达土林和珠穆朗玛峰前的那两张公路图片，太震撼了。

  自己曾有限地接触藏文化，这本书也补充了一些藏族文化知识，对于藏民的信仰还是很钦佩的，不过，西藏的寺庙太多啦，各个教派也是让人眼花缭乱，我这个只喜欢风景的俗人，也只能在心里默默敬仰一下了。

  今天读了苏童的短篇《白雪猪头》，很短，但是写得很精彩，很好看。

  文笔细腻而犀利，四两拨千斤人性的犄角旮旯。

  母亲凌晨就去肉铺排队买新鲜猪头，排在6号顺位，早上猪头来了8个，可是只对外销售了4个。

  母亲气不过，和肉铺的张云兰发生了争执。

  邻居提点她，和张云兰过不去，等于和孩子的肚皮过不去，而且“你吃了张云兰的亏却没地方告她的状”，于是建议有裁剪缝纫手艺的母亲给张云兰家做几条裤子，修复关系。

  而张云兰也顺势下坡，传话母亲以后不用起早贪黑排队，隔天和她打个招呼，第二天早市后去肉铺取即可。

  母亲把写有张芸兰家五条裤子尺寸的指贴在缝纫机上方的墙上，作者这里有一句很逗的话，“我们看着那张纸会联想起张云兰家的四个男孩一个男人的腿，十条腿都比我们的长，一定是骨头汤喝多了吧”。
