  不太容易被这类绘本打动。因为缺乏故事性的散文文字往往更难写。在描述这些“古怪而温暖的人”时，选择什么样的角度才更有感染力，而不只是是描述性堆砌是真正的难点。

  一直知道徐新是大佬，受疫情徐新买面包新闻的驱动看了这本书。书里按照徐新投的几个案例：娃哈哈、中华英才网、网易、京东，讲述了徐新的成长过程。这本书可以写得更好的，一是作者应该对投资行业不是特别了解，虽然也能懂个大概，但比较浅尝辄止，当然这可能是因为徐新也没有分享太多，作者也做了不少深层的分析，比如改革开放之后中产的崛起、以及背后第三次科技革命的背景，比如娃哈哈是看准了水的洁净，但比如京东为什么要做物流呢，网易为什么要做游戏呢，没有继续深挖；二是对人物做出某些行动背后的具体思考，对比起facebook传，乔布斯传，会详细展开，但这本书更多是强调徐新经过痛苦、最终做出正确的选择，比较浅。

  好的地方是，把徐新的正常净利，公司的成长经历都比较清晰地写出来，也去挖掘了一些决定背后的行业背景。

  对我来说能学到的一些东西：

  -中产阶级看重品牌，打造品牌是重要的。里面提到消费品的市盈率高于制造业、金融，原因应该包括消费品是有品牌的，品牌可以支持公司去折腾更多的变量。

  -国外品牌和渠道是分开的，国内渠道复杂，建立品牌和做渠道密不可分，这个直到现在都还挺重要，参考酒企的渠道控价，热玛吉的控价。

  -继续验证公司错过行业变革就会整个落后，eg中华英才网，上市之后国外股东几乎没能做出正确决策

  -徐新对企业输送了重要的管理经验，认为创业者抢第一的杀手特性很重要

  　　经学不明，则孔子不尊。孔子不得位，无功业表见，晚定六经，以教万世。尊之者以为万世师表，自天子以至于士庶，莫不读孔子之书，奉孔子之教。天子得之以治天下，士庶得之以治一身，有舍此而无以自立者。此孔子所以贤于尧、舜，为生民所未有，其功皆在删定六经。

  　　孟子称孔子作《春秋》，比禹与周公，为天下一治，其明证矣。汉初诸儒深识此义，以六经为孔子所作，且谓孔子为汉定道。太史公谓“言六艺者折衷于孔子，可谓至圣”。董仲舒奏武帝表章六经，抑黜百家，诸不在六艺之科、孔子之术者，勿使并进。故其时上无异教，下无异学。君之诏旨，臣之章奏，无不先引经义。所用之士，必取经明行修。此汉代人才所以极盛而治法最近古，由明经术而实行孔教之效也。后汉以降，始有异议，不尽以经为孔子作。《易》，则以为文王作卦辞，周公作爻辞。《春秋》，则以“凡例”为出周公。《周礼》、《仪礼》，皆以为周公手定。《诗》、《书》二经，亦谓孔子无删定事。于是孔子无一书传世，世之尊孔子，特名焉而已，不知所以为万世师表者安在！唐时乃尊周公为先圣，降孔子为先师，配享从祀，与汉《韩勑》《史晨》诸碑所言大异，岂非经学不明、孔子不尊之过欤？

  　　近世异说滋多，非圣无法，至欲以祖龙之一炬，施之圣经。在廷儒臣，上言尊孔，恭奉谕旨，升孔子为大祀，尊崇盛典，远轶百王。锡瑞窃以为，尊孔必先明经。前编《经学历史》以授生徒，犹恐语焉不详，学者未能窥治经之门径，更纂《经学通论》，以备参考。大旨以为：

  　　一当知经为孔子所定，孔子以前，不得有经；

  　　

  　　二当知汉初去古未远，以为孔子作经，说必有据；

  　　

  　　三当知后汉古文说出，乃尊周公，以抑孔子；

  　　四当知晋、宋以下，专信古文《尚书》、《毛诗》、《周官》、《左传》，而大义微言不彰；

  　　五当知宋、元经学虽衰，而不信古文诸书，亦有特见；

  　　六当知国朝经学复盛，乾嘉以后，治今文者尤能窥见圣经微旨。

  　　执此六义以治诸经，乃知孔子爲万世师表之尊，正以其有万世不易之经。经之大义微言，亦甚易明。治经者当先去其支离不足辨，及其琐细无大关系，而用汉人存大体、玩经文之法，勉为汉时通经致用之才，斯不至以博而寡要与迂而无用疑经矣。锡瑞思殚炳烛之明，用捄燔经之祸，钻仰既竭，不知所裁，尚冀达者谅其僭愚而匡所不逮，则幸甚！
