  还是有几个有用的小tip的呀，一本书能有点帮助就很不错了

  可能有些tip是有用的，特別是那些non-verbal，還有那些DONT，她把自己的故事說得太多把自己真性情都露了出來，就是那些沒有insight，靠小聰明上位，把每個人都看成自己上位的階梯那種人。seriously，就算要學用在商場上吧，不要用在友情和愛情上，靠這些技巧得到relationship一點都不meaningful。

  have written down the 92 tips on the phone. In this book, there are a lot of useful tips which are, in the meantime, very detail-oriented. It's an eyeopening reading and it has shifted my mind in some degree. And all I need to do now is follow those tips and change my habits and behaviors. Feel depressed and for the inability of recalling.

  有两个小tips关于赞美别人的我觉得很好

  1.想赞美一个人就通过第三者，也就是这个人的好朋友或比较亲近的人了，这样不会显得是在拍马屁的

  2.就是听到好的赞美要传到被赞美者，被赞美的人会很happy的，冲到nice的信鸽而不是gossip girl

  I've read many self-improve books and this book is not the most impressive one. Basically, it tells people what they've already known for decades. Establishing a healthy relationship is more than putting on a smile, giving compliments. It may work in kindergarten, but not in adults' world. I don't think people still appreciate an artificial relationship in 21th century now. So these little tricks seem fake to me. They are not authentic and not helpful at all.

  I understand the author, Leil Lowndes may intend to salute Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends & influence people", which was published in 1936. The principles and tricks thereof don't apply to modern life anymore. Keep in mind, the secret of success is Sincerity. It makes the very least person to be of more value than the most talented hypocrite.
