  大概我是一个过于情绪化的人，心情不好就发疯，心情好就温柔，从高中开始就仿佛渐渐失去了对自己情绪的控制能力，也和自身的一些际遇有关吧，但是自己也知道这样子是不好的，所以每次心情不好的时候只能告诉周围的人离我远点，不过这终究不是解决之道。情绪是一种抉择，而不是任何事的结果，破解情绪障碍之道，就是臣服——坦诚地承认并接纳你的情绪，无论它是愤怒、怨恨、失落还是敌意，然后再想办法解决引起消极情绪的问题。所谓EQ，就是调节自身情绪，避免陷入不必要的情绪困扰，掌控与运用自身情绪的能力。受到情绪指挥的行为反应总是特别迅速，所以归根究底还是要控制好自己的情绪。

  挑来挑去挑出来的书，不很低幼，讲到的很多部分还是比较有科学性的，推荐阅读。

  无意中在书店翻看，戳中笑点了。根据记忆节录一段如下--

  问：你从哪儿来？

  本书作者，德国著名社会学家、韦伯研究专家Dirk Kaesler在自己的评论中吐槽本书中文译者；

  文中回顾自己与中文译者见面交流的情况：“Der Übersetzer der chinesischen Version meines Weber-Lehrbuchs erstellte seine Übersetzung auf der Grundlage der englischen Fassung: Als er persönlich für einige Wochen auf meine Einladung hin und finanziert durch den DAAD nach Marburg kam, um die endgültige Fassung mit mir zu besprechen, stellte sich heraus, dass er weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen konnte. Unvergessen sind jene Momente, als ich ihm pantomimisch zu verdeutlichen suchte, was der Satz: „daß Weber mit dieser Argumentation bedenklich nahe an die ‚Dolchstoßlegende‘ gekommen sei“ bedeutete. Nicht nur, dass der verehrte Kollege weder Deutsch noch Englisch beherrschte, er hatte auch nicht die geringste Ahnung von der Rolle Deutschlands im Ersten Weltkrieg. Was mag wohl darüber in der chinesischen Version – immerhin erschienen in einer Reihe „Repräsentative Deutsche Rechtsliteratur der Gegenwart“ bei der Akademie der Wissenschaften der Volksrepublik China – stehen?”
