  據說這是中華書局第二版，可是沒有新版前言或後跋，你到底新在何處？不過此乃船山之山，我只能給五星。

  确实是本关于组织管理的很好的书。1. 关于怎样真正放权和激励一线员工，不是喊喊口号赋能一线就够了的，要真正给够一线员工决策的权力和信任（eg. 补救性服务），还可以运用诸如“脚本”、想象力等训练技巧，真正让他们理解好的服务。2. 有的时候不是所有的问题都出在高层决策身上，而可能恰恰是因为中层缺失或者中层传递变形，而导致一个好的理念无法走下去。3. 迪士尼能够创造一个好的服务范围也许是来自于那种梦幻般的情境，但是即使迁移到医疗这样严肃的场景中，“戏剧性体验”也是可行的。不过，从书中看来，美国医院有着一套看起来全国统一的服务评分机制，这点是目前中国还未能做到的

  20分钟浏览了一遍。这种观察植物的记录方式还挺适合开发成小学生的一项自主研究课程，让孩子们去探索大自然，体会其中的乐趣与成就，多好的教育啊！

  专注力是很多家长关注的一点，在很小的时候就想尽办法培养专注力，还总是焦虑，娃为啥就是坐不住？为啥就是不投入？为啥就是不感兴趣？一看书就跑？总是心不在焉？

• 毫不夸张地说是我买过质量最好的翻翻书了

  翻翻书可以说是最常见的一种童书之一了。

  四岁的我女儿在此之前我也给买过不少这种类型的绘本，每个月一次的巧虎系列书里也都会有翻翻书，但是翻翻书比较容易出现的问题就是，如果纸质不够厚实的话很容易就会在翻小窗口的时候把边缘撕坏，尤其是小孩子经常没轻没重的，一个激动就呲啦一下，一条大豁口。心情好的时候我也会用胶带给她修复好，而有一些如果不及时修复好的，可能小窗口就这样不知道掉到哪里去了。

  在拿到《玩玩镇》的时候我就知道完全没有这样的烦恼，因为它每一页，每一个窗口都是用硬板纸做的！当然相应地，定价也不便宜啦，但是真的很值了因为可以反复翻也不用担心用坏。是可以一直能玩下去的书。

  本书一共7个主题，它们都是玩玩镇里的一些场所，分别是购物街，火车站，消防站，商业园区，机场，格兰德大酒店和动物园。每一个主题，都在书页边上有颜色各异的图画小标签，很清楚明了了。

  

  总共就7个主题，却有70多个翻页！也就是每一页都有10来个小窗口可以翻，没错，基本上每一个窗口下面就是一个有意思的小情景，而且还有剧情在里面，这就要靠你自己去发掘啦！甚至还能看见一个人蹲在马桶上。

  此外，还有小彩蛋哦，就不剧透了~
