  台湾的心里咨询师很详细细致的讲了现代社会中那些习以为常的，对女性裹足的观念。很多“应该”其实都只是社会潜移默化植入的信念，值得女性自我体检。

  平日里读多了仿佛机器合成或者满是“隐微写作”的文章，对学术已经有点厌恶了，读到这样的书才有种“解除学术写作的封印，跳出个鲜活的灵魂”的感觉。虽然由于地域差异很多记忆中的美食略有区别，但是，一边跟着作者的回忆和“冒险”，一边也想起自己本科时候的“苏皖边境油焖茄子考察团”“扶墙进扶墙出”的烤肉自助比赛，想起研究生时候的“追寻螺蛳粉之旅”，以及“为了一杯幽兰拿铁留在长沙”的人生历程。

  没有实践的读书果然是枯燥啊，除了在书中发现一些早年学过的东西，但也全忘了，而且接受不了这种写法,明明可以更简单易懂的！难道我最高智商的时候已经一去不返。。。

  这个写作水平...功底太糟糕了。鲜少有看传记那么累的。看开头第一章险些认为自己看的是言情小说，第二章开始就是盲目引用，把能找到的史料直接堆砌成文，为了能把蒙古和大宋的关系说明白，上一段还在写忽必烈如何如何，下一段马上跳到大宋国内如何如何，缺乏连贯性，看的力不从心。

  易读性和趣味性结合得非常不错的一本书。虽然看起来受众是儿童，但是其实让自己也产生很多思考，对于工作、对于财富、对于思维。一法通，万法通，推荐阅读。

  教高中，所以买来一读，中秋花了整整两天读完，感慨良多。大陆除了少数一些顶尖的高中外，大部分的学校都很少关注高中生的全面，多元发展，也很少有机会请来知名学者、教授给高中生做讲座，但大量的事实表明，在各行各业取得辉煌成就的人，往往在高中阶段就有领先于同龄人的开阔眼界、活跃思维，甚至已经开始小试牛刀。所以高中生应该读一读这样的书，早一点了解自己、社会和世界有好处，而且作者是美国理工科博士毕业，现在在台湾最好的大学里教文科，他谈的文理文科、选专业、出国留学是很有借鉴意义的。
