  书中所以用的一些案例还是很好的，在拜访客户之前要做充分的准备，在与客户交流的时候要充分的，有耐心的去挖掘客户的需求，有价值营销而不是价格营销。打三星是因为内容有一些浅尝辄止。

  很不错，我觉得这个绘本更适合大人来读，在这里面说出了孩子的心声，其实，有时候孩子并不是故意惹大人生气的，但是大人总是以自己的标准去判断孩子，导致孩子不愿意将自己的真实想法说出来，导致孩子更加不想说。 用作者的话希望大人们用一种不带偏见的眼光看待孩子，了解他们心中最真切的愿望和最真实的想法
